Returns & Exchanges


We accept returns on scented body products (e.g. lotions, mists) if you are not satisfied with the scent. It has to be returned within 3 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for hygiene reasons unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos. 

Pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, as these items are ordered specifically for you.

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable or discontinued after payment, a full refund or store credit will be offered.
