Returns & Exchanges
• We accept returns on scented body products (e.g. lotions, mists) if you are not satisfied with the scent. It has to be returned within 3 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
• Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for hygiene reasons unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos.
• Pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, as these items are ordered specifically for you.
• In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable or discontinued after payment, a full refund or store credit will be offered.
